  1.  In what ways does the psalmist describe himself and God (1–6)? How can we learn to see ourselves like this?
  2.  What else does he say about God (7–12)? What is the meaning of God’s “hand” in his life?
  3.  How was God involved in his creation (13–16)? How does he respond to this (14)? Why do we need to see ourselves in this way?
  4.  What does he say about all this (17–18)? What is his relationship with God like?
  5.  What does he say about the wicked (19–22)? Why is it important to hate what is evil?
